There is flexibility for this position to be based in any country in which CHAI operates (with ~30-40% travel), subject to availability of work authorization.
As Associate Director or Director, you will bring relevant experience in health systems strengthening to work across strategy, management, grant management and operations of CHAI’s health financing, health workforce, digital health and growing health systems strengthening portfolio. While this role will start with a focus on health financing, workforce, and (in a targeted manner) digital health; over time this may include additional support across programs in this cluster– particularly in relation to projects where there is an identified opportunity for program integration. This is a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding position.
