Responsibilities:- Conduct a thorough assessment of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) system for T1D diagnostic and treatment commodities to identify opportunities for supply chain strengthening and market shaping. This will include assessment of outcomes, outputs, and processes related to commodity lists and standards, quantification, procurement, inventory management, logistics, analytics, and governance. - Conduct a market landscaping to understand availability and pricing of T1D commodities at government and patient level, demand- and supply-side barriers to commodity access, and determine the appropriate package of commodities for diagnosis and treatment of T1D in Indian context.- Develop analyses related to market dynamics for key commodities for T1D care to inform market shaping approaches.- Generate analyses that strengthen the business case for enhanced affordability and availability of these commodities, including demand forecasts, uptake scenarios and market access strategies.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand current T1D commodity forecasting and procurement practices and existing tools, including procurement in the public sector and through organized community initiatives, and synthesize best practices to support optimizing access to essential commodities and drugs.- Synthesize and document key learnings and analytical insights, and support dissemination to key stakeholders through impactful presentations, reports, briefs, presentation decks and other collaterals as needed.- Extend support in execution of the Type 1 Diabetes program, including support in designing, implementing, and measuring / reviewing progress of program activities in implementation states and pilot geographies.- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with government stakeholders, development partners, and other key stakeholders relevant to the program.- Support activities related to knowledge building, scoping, and proposal development for other key priority areas within the NCD space, including development of grant proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks for key intervention areas.

Position Overview:As Cambodia progresses towards malaria elimination, it's crucial to facilitate a seamless transition as external funding donors phase out their support. Sustainability of malaria elimination will depend on government ownership, financial sustainability and institutional capacity at all levels.CHAI is seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to serve as an Associate on the malaria team to support malaria elimination in Cambodia and prevent its resurgence through excellent sustainability planning. The Associate will support the Ministry of Health to build and implement a malaria sustainable transition roadmap. The Associate will play a pivotal role in bridging connections between CNM, MOH, Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Provincial Health Departments (PHD), other implementing partners, and funding agencies like PMI/USAID, WHO, and UNOPS towards the development of a malaria sustainability/transition roadmap for Cambodia.This role will require the Associate to develop an excellent understanding of the financial processes and challenges across all levels of the Cambodian health system. Thus the Associate will also provide support to other CHAI teams which are supporting the Government of Cambodia in its journey towards Universal Health Care.Responsibilities:Competitive candidates will have outstanding problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and communication skills. ResponsibilitiesThe Vaccines Markets team is seeking a Senior Associate to support partner- and supplier-facing engagements, with a focus on accelerating the go-to-market of novel antigens. - Collaborate with engineering and country program teams to identify the medical oxygen equipment needs and specifications for various health facility settings.
