Strategic Financial Management 75 %- Execute all responsibilities related to financial management, including banking, cash flow and asset management. - Support the Country Manager with the resource planning (budgeting) process and ensure review, consolidation and submission of country budget within the timeframe.- Lead on and support program teams in assessments and building financial management and capacity building of partners.- Process salary, benefits, taxes, compulsory insurance, and other expenses. - Ensure quality and accurate monthly finance returns and reports/summaries.- Prepare high-quality country financial reports by consolidating the country accounts in a computerized information system. - Ensure internal control procedures exist and are followed.- Review/monitor Country financial performance against budget, provide analysis/commentary on monthly basis.- Ensure that all donor‘s financial reporting requirements are complied with.- Ensure CHAI meet all compliance with all statutory reporting requirements in the region including providing audited regional accounts for the Papua New Guinea Government.HR Administration 25 %- Ensure all HR related documents including personal files are in appropriate filling systems both electronically and manual files.- Substantial knowledge of the concept of Local Labor Law.- Support Country Manager for recruiting process. - Provide regular reports and necessary information upon request to Country Manager.- Manage staff’s contract extension and leave balance record.
