- Manage, coach and develop a remote team of 5-7 full time employees (2-3 Program Managers/Technical Advisors and 3-4 (Senior) Associates)- Lead the design and implementation of market-shaping interventions (e.g., market intelligence, innovative financing, business planning support) that improve supply security and affordability of vaccines and accelerate availability in LMICs- Oversee analysis on vaccine market dynamics, such as demand forecasting, uptake modelling, production capacity planning, portfolio and pipeline planning, marketing strategies, etc.- Represent CHAI in and lead strategic initiatives at the global ecosystem level, e.g., understanding key market-shaping trends and defining market-shaping best practices to future proof the market- Manage and strengthen relationships with vaccine manufacturers that are or have the potential to become significant, quality-assured producers of vaccines for LMICs (incl.
