- Lead grant management and reporting for key HIV prevention market shaping project.- Foster strategic collaborations with numerous internal teams and stakeholders, prime grantee, the donor, and other external stakeholders to strengthen project goals and facilitate cross-organizational coordination and execution.- Develop and execute a comprehensive capacity building strategy for the project to ensure capacity building goals are met effectively, efficiently, and within available resources.- Manage, coordinate, and develop inputs for routine reporting and donor updates, as well as ad hoc reporting needs, including requesting, reviewing, and consolidating inputs across numerous CHAI teams.- Provide strategic, operational, and tactical support for partner management and donor engagement, including facilitating information sharing, drafting agendas and meeting slides, supporting meeting planning, taking and organizing notes and follow-ups, etc.- Develop clear presentations to share findings and recommendations for internal and external audiences.- Support HIV Prevention Director in fostering a collaborative team environment which supports and engages team members.- Other duties as assigned.

- Contributing to the development and implementation of a national malaria drug resistance strategy:- Conduct a baseline assessment of the status of resistance and its drivers, drawing on existing data and collaborating with partners.- Develop a draft strategy with interventions to strengthen surveillance, optimize antimalarial use, and deploy new tools in priority areas.- Define potential ACT diversification scenarios, including MFT strategies, considering feasibility and resource needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the strategy and advocate for its adoption.- Providing technical assistance to NMCP:- Support the development and dissemination of training materials, checklists, and guidelines for health workers and community health agents.- Participate in integrated case management supervision efforts and data analysis.- Coordinate community health/case management components of the national malaria strategic plan.- Building partnerships and collaboration:- Engage with a range of stakeholders, including government agencies, research institutions, and community health organizations.- Facilitate collaboration between CHAI teams, NMCP, and other strategic partners to ensure alignment and achieve program goals.Additional Responsibilities:- Work alongside NMCP and other key MoH partners to support relevant workflows on community health, malaria case management, and supply chain management.- Serve as a focal point with case management, supply chain, and community health stakeholders in the country, ranging from government, academia, civil society, and the private sector (i.e. a long-term physical presence in the country to provide uninterrupted support).- Support advocacy efforts for case management, supply chain, and community health strategy, program design, and implementation in line with evidence-based best practice.- Strengthen and extend programmatic reporting and activity monitoring tools and processes at central and operational levels; develop the capacity of government staff to monitor activities regularly.- Support NMCP in the collection, analysis, and visualization of case and inventory management data. Monitor progress and data quality and make necessary updates to the M&E framework and documentation of learning.- Collaborate effectively with CHAI teams, including malaria surveillance, analysis and technology, and health financing teams, to support CHAI's community health deliverables.- Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Country-Level Technical Assistance- Support the provision of targeted country-level technical assistance, holding regular touchpoints with country teams to identify and address risks and support needs, developing resources and consolidating evidence on emerging issues, and providing analytical support.- Participate in and contribute to in-country process and activity reviews, sharing actionable and strategic feedback, and elevating issues, themes, and roadblocks to inform future technical assistance and support cross-country learning.- Structure, develop and review quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform the design and execution of targeted technical assistance activities to address priority gaps and support an enabling environment for PrEP scale-up (e.g., identification of priority sub-national geographies, target populations, and optimal delivery models for prevention).- Develop clear presentations to share findings and recommendations for internal and external audiences.Project Management- Manage and monitor country progress against program deliverables through regular joint reviews/calls on program strategy with country teams and program managers- Manage, coordinate, and develop inputs for routine reporting and donor updates, as well as ad hoc reporting needs, including requesting, reviewing, and consolidating inputs from partners.- Provide strategic, operational, and tactical support for partner management and donor engagement, including facilitating information sharing, drafting agendas and meeting slides, supporting meeting planning, taking and organizing notes and follow-ups, etc.Communications, Knowledge Management, and Cross-Team Learning- Maintain up to date expertise regarding the HIV prevention pipeline and delivery space and support knowledge management across the team.- Work with CHAI country teams and partners to plan and execute communication, learning, and knowledge management processes and activities, including developing and implementing a plan for cross-country engagement and coordination.- Develop and review learning and communication products including but not limited to technical briefs; conference abstracts and presentations; publications; infographics and other visual aids.- Lead cross-team engagement to ensure the prevention team is coordinated, aligned, and well-positioned to share workstream learnings and collaborate, including through supporting monthly prevention team touchpoints.- Support HIV Prevention Director and Senior Manager in fostering a collaborative team environment which supports and engages team members.
