The M&E Associate will be responsible for tasks including M&E systems design, data collection tool and protocol development, supervision of data collection, and analysis for both quantitative and qualitative data, and preparation of dissemination materials and manuscripts. The Health Financing Specialist will work on: costing of national/ state strategic plans, conducting cost optimization analysis for specific interventions, assessing and suggesting improvement measures for optimal allocation of existing funds.
