Employee Relations (40%)- Advise assigned program leadership and staff on building team morale, increasing productivity and retention, and resolving complex employee relations issues with adept cultural sensitivity.- Provide guidance on practices that promote effective and harmonious working relationships across CHAI’s diverse matrix, in line with our principles of engagement.- Handle sensitive matters and intake complaints from employees and others. The Manager will interface directly with the Unitaid finance team and will be responsible for ensuring that donor expectations and requirements for financial management are met. S/he will act as the team’s lead on internal financial management, working with the Budgeting & Reporting Department and country team finance leads.
