- Participate in all relevant administrative, financial and project related review and planning meetings (including preparation of project budgets).- Responsible for organizational and project related bookkeeping / accounting work, including recording of all financial transactions using accounting software.- Ensure booking of expenses in line with approved budget, accounts code, budget line etc for proper reporting and monitoring of expenses.- Ensure completion of all the documents in vouchers before processing the payment.- Process payments to partners, vendors, and employees on timely basis.- Ensure timely settlement of advance payments to staff/vendors.- Ensure timely payment of monthly statutory dues, closure of monthly accounts and reporting.- Prepare monthly office / project specific financial reports. Assist with reconciliation of books of accounts with overall accounts maintained by the Head Office.- Ensure that administrative and financial registers (like registers for attendance, leave records, Staff movement, personal vehicle use, incoming and outgoing correspondence, stocks) are maintained properly.- Assist the Finance Officer/Lead in all financial audit related activities, at project or organizational level.- Undertake any other activities and responsibilities as reasonably required by the organization/Supervisor.- Maintaining appropriate files/records/documents towards meeting legal and statutory requirements.
- Support WJCF’s Immunization team and the Government of Bihar in implementing the routine immunization program by strengthening management, governance, service delivery, and supply chain aspects.- Provide the state leadership with insights to aid key policy, strategy, and program implementation decisions. The role also involves supporting the government in developing high-impact reports and presentations. The analyst will be instrumental in communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making at all levels.- Develop the capacity of the state and sub-state program managers in data analytics by developing easy to use dashboards and performance reports for program review meetings, planning, and decision-making.- Analyst will also support the state in training of program managers and data handlers in data analytics.- Conceptualize, design, and coordinate program monitoring and evaluation close collaboration with the state and program leadership.- Document program progress through reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals, and templates for internal use and dissemination at state and national levels.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the immunization ecosystem in the state.- Create customized tools and templates for evidence driven decision-making and review at the sub-state level.- Travel on short notice to various parts of the state.- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Supervisor.
- Support the Program Manager in the development and execution of the program strategy and operational plan for the implementation research project.- Conceptualize, develop and execute research methodologies, using qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, to learn about the root-causes behind under-immunization and support in the solution design as part of the implementation research project.- Provide regular analytical and programmatic support to the team on Routine Immunization strengthening initiatives- Develop purposive research insights, visualizations, tools, templates, and planning aids that support in dissemination of research outputs and overall impact of programmatic efforts.- Stay updated of public health trends and emerging technologies to inform research projects and contribute to ongoing learning and improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and the development of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Maintain accurate records of research activities, data sources, and analytical processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Support the field team members on identified aspects that help them improve their research and documentation skills and aid their growth journey.- Travel on short notice to various parts of the state and occasionally to national destinations.- Undertake any other duties as requested by program leadership.
Primary responsibilities will include:- Working closely with stakeholders at State ABDM Office (SAO), Maharashtra to design and implement an effective communication strategy and for creating awareness about ABDM and conduct regular capacity building initiative(s) in the state.- Strategic planning and execution of program activities by closely working with the field team (hired by the Interfacing Agency) and managing week-to-week targets and improvising the implementation strategy (if required). - Systematically monitoring progress, documenting, and distilling insights and reporting for the microsite(s) implemented in - Liaising with stakeholders such as the (i) Information, Education and Communication (IEC) team at NHA, and (ii) Various ABDM-enabled IT solution providers to ensure that field team (hired by the interfacing agency) is enabled to provide up-to-date and accurate information to healthcare professionals and to ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Report all issue(s) as identified on field (technical/ procedural) to (i) State ABDM office, (ii) NHA in a concise manner. Ensure that issues are resolved and timely action is taken. - Supporting SAO to identify and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and CME sessions to convey benefits of becoming a part of the ABDM ecosystem.- Engaging professional bodies and associations of healthcare professionals to leverage their existing communication channels (sessions, newsletters, magazines, blogposts, and such others) for spreading awareness about ABDM among their members.- Working closely with communication and research partners to sharpen the articulation and methods of conveying the value proposition of ABDM to healthcare professionals.- Exploring other innovative ways to reach out and engage healthcare professionals to enable them to participate in India’s digital health journey.
Behavioural Research and Insights- Investigate client[1] behavioural toward immunization, and interventions through quantitative and qualitative research methods. Uncover behavioural drivers through client interactions and surveys. - Undertake persona analysis to identify behavioural patterns or characteristics of caregivers, families, and communities who miss vaccination through primary and secondary data analysis.- Conduct desk research on existing research, grey literature, and experience to draw primary hypotheses on zero dose and missed beneficiaries.- Support the program team in designing methods for behavioural research and conducting studies. They will be responsible for identifying sample size, designing questionnaire, data collection techniques, training of the investigators, and all the other aspects of research. - Establishing feedback loops to ensure that information generated from the users is continuously incorporated into the intervention design. Innovation and Product Design- Design interventions, solutions, or products targeted toward the behavior of the clients for improving immunization outcomes including complete and timely vaccination.- The consultant will facilitate continuous iteration of the interventions, solutions, or products based on the feedback loops to ensure scalability and sustainability of the same. Capacity Building- Undertake capacity building of the program team in behavioural science methods through trainings and workshops. - Collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders on the research methods and intervention design. Documentation and Dissemination- Develop, implement, and monitor plans for behavioural sciences-based interventions and measure outcomes. - Support documentation of behavioural science-informed approaches, interventions, and their impact for project reports, publications, etc and help in the dissemination of the same to various stakeholders. Others- Design interventions to ensure sustained enhancement of Program Managers' capacities in data utilization coming from various RI and non-RI datasets by applying Adult Learning Principles to navigate data and analysis dashboards. - Undertake short-term travel to the field in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh to perform the above-mentioned responsibilities. - Perform other duties assigned by the program leadership.
- Provide guidance and expertise to the program team on recognizing gender issues and disparities and Support and guide the project team on integrating gender sensitive, appropriate strategies in the design and implementation of the intervention to promote inclusivity in zero dose learning.- Consistently applying a gender lens, guiding the team at each stage of the project, helping identify drivers, facilitating a thorough root cause analysis, aiding in the ideation, conceptualization & design of interventions and learning from the ongoing processes, to proactively course-correct through a gender perspective, ensuring the overall project to be gender transformative.- Conduct desk research to draw hypotheses on the quantum of gender disparities, and how and why gender is impacting immunization outcomes and lead gender integration and inclusion of gender and equity-related indicators in qualitative and quantitative research and intervention plans. - Support the team in analysing data through a gender lens. Identify intersectionality between gender and other socio-economic factors like gender and caste, gender, and income, etc. to identify the most vulnerable and marginalized population from immunization and overall health perspective. - Lead gender mainstreaming in intervention design on zero-dose learning and management and governance improvement through gender analysis.- Develop gender mainstreaming tools for the team and support the field team in utilizing the tools.- Provide guidance and support to the team for the gender-based data collection. - Facilitate capacity building of internal team and project staff on gender sensitivity and mainstreaming.- Support sensitization and capacity building of program managers and health workers about the inequities in the zero-dose challenge and empower them with the necessary tools to deal with gender inequities and the impact of gender on immunization coverage and services. - Develop a monitoring framework for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of gender mainstreaming activities and capacitate the project team to provide regular reports on the same at periodic intervals as specified. - Advise on the development and incorporation of gender sensitive indicators including data collection and reporting mechanisms for regular data sets on Immunization Program.- Support documentation of gender-informed approaches, interventions, and their impact for project reports, publications, etc and help in the dissemination of the same to various stakeholders. - Perform other duties assigned by the program leadership.
- Regular monitoring, mentoring and providing supportive supervision to outreach facilitators and tele callers- Review and share feedback on progress made by their supervisees as required, and in consultation with state team, work towards improving individual and team performance.- Develop a field plan, in consultation with the WJCF state team, and undertake field visits to review and monitor program implementation.- Liaise with senior government officials at district and block levels to understand issues and concerns, impediments to the program and potential risks. Engage with the WJCF team to share field specific issues and challenges and identify and implement mitigation measures for effective program implementation. - Provide support to outreach facilitators, tele callers and WJCF team through supporting engagements with state government health authorities, private health institutions and healthcare providers in order to support in effective implementation of the program.- Support with drafting supporting operating procedures/documents/letters/orders, as required.- Provide timely and proactive inputs arising from field observations to program team and facilitate implementation.- Ensure timely reporting of accurate/reliable data from outreach facilitators and tele callers in respect to operations; and review and provide feedback on a regular basis to strengthening reporting. - Conduct data quality audits at regular intervals through inspection of records and visits- Facilitate and support HR & Admin related activities and provide administrative support to Outreach facilitators and tele callers, for their leaves, travel, and advance reimbursement.- Share field insights and prepare progress reports on project implementation.- Undertake and perform any other activities may be advised or instructed by the state team as and when required.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Lead the full spectrum of recruitment activities from initial job identification to initial on-boarding of new employee. Work with individual hiring managers to define recruitment needs in the context of staffing plans; develop clear job descriptions and recruitment plans; and keep hiring managers and applicants informed.- Proactively partner with leadership across the portfolio to determine hiring requirements and develop sourcing and acquisition strategies which include exploring talent partner relationships, tapping into alumni programs, consulting organizations, campus placement drives and other innovative sources.- Ensure best practices and contemporary recruiting methods are deployed across the organization and focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to hire dynamic and adaptive human resource for WJCF.- Understand resource requirements for thematic areas and verticals, design appropriate job profiles, identify the appropriate talent acquisition strategy, maintain an extensive database with appropriate metrics to track and monitor requirements in a timely manner.- Research and assist in the development of shared ownership recruitment processes to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.- Lead employer branding initiatives. Foster long-term relationship with past applicants and potential candidates.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovating on engagement strategies, hiring processes, delivery models, and tools. Review and, when necessary, redesign recruitment processes/tools such as job descriptions, terms of reference, interviewing guidelines, candidate assessment forms, reference checks, background checks, competency testing, offer letters, and employment templates.- Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through the full cycle of interviews, offer, acceptance, and beyond.
- Provide strategic and analytical support to EM O2 program implementation activities, including but not limited to, working with, and engaging with field staff to review programmatic activities, track implementation of activities, and monitor and review outputs.- Undertake research and analyze large datasets to generate insightful reports and dashboards that can inform programmatic decision making.- Closely work with State Lead to support officials in the DoHFW and other state governments including division and district level health staff in identifying and bridging gaps in hypoxemia management system.- Identify and communicate potential risks and challenges to the implementation plan and roll-out of activities; work towards addressing potential risks/ mitigation mechanisms.- Support the development of presentations, work plans, budgets, reports, proposals, articles, and other documents for ongoing and new areas.- Develop strong working relationships with and represent WJCF as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in government, academic partners, suppliers, and other relevant organizations, and ensure coordination of resources and effort for maximum impact.- Support in the planning and execution of capacity building initiatives for key government functionaries and service providers on relevant competencies for sustained ownership and delivery.- Support program management and leadership team with programmatic activities, and evaluation and scoping of other potential intervention areas, as required.- Contribute to internal organizational initiatives.- Other responsibilities as needed.
