- Collaborate regularly with the MoH-CDC, local partners and other relevant stakeholders to support implementation and scale-up of national hepatitis program- Support identification of good practices and lessons learned, in coloration with national, provincial, district health authorities and health centres- Support improvement of data monitoring processes and systems, with a focus on using program data to identify areas for improvement within initial roll-out to inform subsequent national scale-up- Partner with MoH-CDC to conduct regular monitoring of program progress and execution across 15 Operational Districts, including supporting with supervision visits, identifying solutions, and communicating with subnational facilities to resolve ad-hoc issues- Serve as thought partner to MoH-CDC around future integration of Viral Hepatitis program into existing national processes and systems (including referral processes)- Participate in resource mobilization efforts for national viral hepatitis program, including updating the investment case, drafting proposal or budgets as needed- Support identification of financing channels (through social protection schemes, domestic financing, others) for long-term sustainability of HBV and HCV services- Develop and contribute to the drafting of key documents, including budget proposals and regular program reporting- Collaborate with the government to ensure skills transfer and government ownership- Act as strategic thought partner to program manager

- Support implementation of Vaccines projects to strengthen NIP/EPI capacity and management and to meet donor objectives and timelines, including development of reports to donors- Support the development of guidelines, workplans, budgets and other materials for key activities- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in government, and partner organizations including supporting to set up a regular coordination mechanism between key stakeholders- Support team to collaborate with NIP/PHDs/ODs to ensure skills transfer and government ownership- Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to measure the impact of Vaccines programs and assess progress against project goals on a regular basis in coordination with other Vaccines team members and the Program Manager- Support data analysis of routine immunization coverage and zero-dose communities- Develop influential presentation materials that work for varying audiences- Stay up to date with the latest knowledge, skills, policy/strategic guidance and industry trends in the immunization space- Contribute to strategic areas for expansion and support Program Manager in fundraising efforts- Work closely with the CHAI Global Vaccines Team to enlist support and capture and disseminate emerging best practices- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Program Manager and Senior Program Leadership

Project management  - Consult with each institution (National Program/National Centers/Departments) within relevant ministries like MoH , MOI and MOEF to document current activities conducted with support from the VHSG and HCMC and what would be aminimum requirement for VHSG and HCMC support over the next 5 years.- Conduct analysis of the findings from institutions to group similar requirements for the VHSG and HCMC so as to identify tasks that could be integrated to optimize use of the VHSG and HCMC time.- Consult with each institution within MoH to identify minimum training/coaching requirements for VHSG and HCMC to perform their work; and with the findings identify areas that could integrated across different institutions. Draft outline and concept for the development of training package for VHSG and HCMC; including training strategy for rollout.- Support NTWG/MOH, in collaboration with other development partners to develop operational guidelines for the new policy on Community Participation; leveraging the results of previous national and subnational consultations on the role of VHSG and HCMC and lessons learned from existing projects in Cambodia leveraging Community Health Workers.- Support NTWG/NCHP to develop training package, standard operating procedures (SOP), tools for collecting and reporting data for the VHSG.- Work with commune leaders to develop agreements and roll out pilot initiatives including necessary training and coaching.- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of pilot initiatives.- Support CHAI to develop materials and events to communicate impact of pilots with key stakeholders.Coordination- Consult and collect inputs from stakeholders such as NCHP, MoH, NCDDS, Commune and Sangkat Department of MoI, Key focal person of MoEF, and development partners like UNICEF and WHO.- Consult and collect inputs from local and global stakeholders with expertise in gender inclusive and disability inclusive health service design.- Support PHD to facilitate access to data information at the provincial level and provide key updates. Strategic Vision- Work closely with the NCD Program Manager, Malaria team and the CHAI leadership in the country to maintain the overall strategic direction of the program.

- Collaborate with the Ministry of Health, local partners and other relevant stakeholders to improve oxygen delivery as a common goal;- Support closing the gaps in hypoxemic diagnosis and treatmenthighlighted in the recent national oxygen baseline assessment; support regular monitoring of progress and operationalization/ follow-up on recommendations;- Establish an annual preventative maintenance agreement for oxygen equipment (e.g PSA plant);- Establish service maintenance and sparepart replacement mechanism for key hospital equipment (Oxygen, GeneXpert, X-Rays);- Support improved data, information systems, and monitoring for oxygen access, with an initial focus on upgrading the medical equipment management system and piloting its roll out;- Support identification of financing channels (through social protection schemes, hospital budgets, others) for long-term oxygen provision;- Collaborate with the government to ensure skills transfer and government ownership; - Collaborate with team members to document projects’ knowledge and share the lesson learned routinely with other countries;- Identify new opportunities for engagement to strengthen hospital systems as they arise;- Actively troubleshoot issues as they arise;- Support the team’s administrative tasks and other relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Support the Global Market Team (GMT) in developing and implementing CHAI’s supply-side strategy for the Nutrition portfolio- Develop a detailed understanding and documentation of supplier dynamics, including market share of suppliers, pricing offered by suppliers, timelines for product development and manufacturing, timelines for obtaining quality assurance for key drugs and diagnostics, status of in-country registration of drugs, in-country dossier filing timelines, and suppliers’ development and access strategies- Analyze market trends and develop demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing commodities and services- Liaise with the R&D team, the disease team and country teams to develop the market analysis required to support negotiations with suppliers to expedite time-to-market, reduce pricing and improve supply security - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential suppliers of drugs and diagnostics in low-middle-income markets by providing market insights and contacts, offering targeted support and guidance to navigate regulatory and procurement processes- Support the development and evaluation of Request of Proposals for commodities and services in collaboration with CHAI country programs and government partners- Monitor supplier compliance with contracts, global and domestic funding for product purchase, and product uptake- Prepare presentations, reports, and other analyses to inform global policy and increase the evidence base for high-impact interventions. Present findings of analyses to internal and or external audiences- Any other activities as required by the Manager and Director, Global Markets- Travel within India, Europe, and CHAI program countries
