The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for helping to coordinate the efforts of the Global Information Technology Team, supporting CHAI employees based throughout the world. Located at the CHAI office in Boston, MA, this individual will be responsible for computer hardware, software and cell phone procurement as well as supporting the administrative logistics of the Global Information Technology Team. He/she will track all computer related assets from acquisition to disposal and conduct yearly audits on our country offices to ensure compliance and database accuracy. This position requires a self-starter who is knowledgeable, meticulous, and resourceful to be successful and effective in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment. He/she must be excited by the challenge of tackling projects in new areas, quickly building knowledge and skills and effectively applying them.
