The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries, while strengthening the capabilities of governments and the private sector in those countries to create and sustain high-quality health systems that can succeed without our assistance. For more information, please visit: http://www.clintonhealthaccess.org
Based on the premise that business oriented strategy can facilitate solutions to global health challenges, CHAI acts as a catalyst to mobilize new resources and optimize the impact of these resources to save lives, via improved organization of commodity markets and more effective local management. By working in association with governments and other NGO partners, CHAI is focused on large scale impact and, to date, CHAI has secured lower pricing agreements for treatment options in more than 70 countries. In addition, CHAI's teams are working side-by-side with over 30 governments to tackle many of the largest barriers to effective treatment and care.
The HIV program is looking for a Senior Analyst who can shoulder the dual responsibilities of working closely with the Program Manager on project strategy and leading a significant part of the program’s on-the-ground implementation. The Senior Analyst would be involved in defining our strategy and outputs, developing clear operational plans, and continually identifying opportunities for CHAI to add value and maximize impact. The Senior Analyst will interface heavily with stakeholders, including MoH leadership, health providers, and other NGOs, to ensure smooth progress of the program.
The role will require an entrepreneurial mind set and a high level of self-motivation. A dynamic, energetic person with exceptional people skills and experience working in group environments would make for a strong candidate.
