Talent Acquisition Department
The Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Department partners with CHAI’s leadership and management teams to ensure that we attract and hire quality candidates to fulfill our human resources needs. Role
CHAI’s Global TA team hires candidates through a wide range of methods. The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will optimize internal processes for CHAI’s global TA team, support with people management and maintain a number of key external partnerships. They will serve as a key advisor to the global TA team to identify current gaps in efficiency, and independently drive process improvement for the department as a whole.
