A strong laboratory network integrated within a high-performing health system is fundamental for a countries’ ability to deliver quality health services and is critical to enabling the setup of new care programs that align with the government’s goals to achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The Ministry of Health (MoH) of Cote d’Ivoire is putting a strong emphasis on improving testing quality at a national scale by implementing innovative solutions leveraging both the private and public sectors.
